It was recently revealed that this magnificent bastard was the secret founder and supreme commander who inspired Chuck Heston to start the Chucks. He and the Chucks cleaned up a lot of global scum during his years as President of The United States Of America. His numerous special powers and political and military connections have secretly been the backbone of the Chucks for decades. His death June 05, 2004 was faked when it was found out that evil forces were looking into his Altzheimers which he also faked as a clever geriatric tactic to keep the enemy off guard. In reality he needed to eventually fake his death because the Chucks top scientists had determined that he may be immortal in nature. The Gipper tells the tale of how a mysterious figure backlit by white light imbued him as a young man with special powers to take down evildoers and clean up the planet. It has also been rumored that he may be a key player in the Apocalypse. I fear for the Anti-Christ if he has to go up against Dutch and the Chucks! He now resides at the Red Sea base taking a direct role in the daily affairs of the Chucks. Nancy Reagan keeps in contact with him via an encrypted video satellite phone and they also fly back and forth between their home in California and the Red Sea base.
